For my 28th birthday, my mom, sister Christy, Sophia and I went to the beach. Christy's birthday is 5 days before mine so it was a combined birthday trip. She is usually living in a different country or on the other side of the country so this was very special! We were supposed to be there for 2 nights but due to windshield wipers breaking, a snowstorm, and a windstorm, we were there for 5 days. It was truly the most memorable birthday ever! I had so much fun and have not laughed that hard or that much in so long. Sophia got to spend some good, quality time with my mom and sister too, which I loved, she loved, and I know they REALLY loved! Here are some of my favorite pictures from the trip....

And on the actual day of my birthday, the next weekend...Christian, Sophia and I went up to Vancouver so my family could watch her while we went out to a movie and dinner for the first time since she was born. We all had fun!!!

My mom made me a Heath Bar Cake for my birthday! My first birthday in YEARS where I actually wanted cake since I did not have a sweet tooth until I became pregnant with Sophia!
